My Insignia 32" hdtv shut

My Insignia 32" hdtv shut off suddenly while we were watching tv,and now we can't turn it on. The green power light flashes on and off constantly. My big question is, is this fixable, and if so, how much $$$ is involved? If it's going to be a lot of money, I'll just replace the set. thanks!

Is it not still under warranty? T.V's always come with a standard warranty, I always opt for the extended version. Depending on how much you paid for the T.V in the first place which is going to be the cheapest? fix or replace? Most engineers offer a no fee call out.
