Re: virus

Turn off system restore, restart pc, keep pressing F8 while it boots up into safe mode, run antivirus programme again and antispyware, when the virus is found, restart pc, then turn system restore back on.

I scan my notebook w/ avg anti showed 7 virus infecting the system causing it to work very slow ,, i deleted some of it and some are already in the vault but this one...

avg is notorious for not being able to clean out all viruses. use a proper anti-virus(not free ones) to clean up your notebook

Can i down load video suite from the internet. As have miss placed my camera is sdr- sw21 model

Hi dear!
I recommend you contact the store from where you have purchased your camera they'll provide you the Software.
But you can download the VideoCAM studio v3 from here
The link is alive but I don't guarantee that its safe (It might contains virus, torjan, spyware etc)
So download on your own risk

My anti virus detect a virus... the virus is automatically remove fro my pc???

If the virus has automatically been removed from your PC, that means that the virus is no longer present on your pc, so you would not be infected by that virus anymore

however if you have been infected with a virus it's a good idea to do a full system scan to see if there is any other virus infections in your machine.

Torjan virus detected and due to virus unable to open files

That`s a critical infection and I`m affraid that you can't recover these files else from the original source. Usually infected files are taken by the antivirus software and moved to a secure zone and locked so you can't access them without antivirus approval.

I need your favor

Free virus software:
Download the home edition

Free Rootkit Revealer:

Free spyware removal: Spybot Search and Destroy

Free online scan:

These are mostly US sites. All good programs. Not additional spyware/malware

Remember... if you are already infected.... certain malware will not allow you to install or run some anti-virus software.

Good Luck
