Unable to play dvd's on my mintek portable dvd player
I have a mintek 7" TFT monitor portable dvd player, when i load the dvd, the screen says loading and the movie never starts playing. What is wrong with the unit ? When i push the play bottom, never comes out of loading mode.

position. 3. Repeat the process of sliding the assembly outward and then
back inward.4. Put in a music CD and let it play all the way through.
This helps to calibrate the laser head assembly movement. When the
music CD is finished playing. 5. Put in a DVD, and you should have a
working unit

The DVD portable player and the DVD disc came from the same countries?Ur DVD portable player and DVD disc u are using might have the wrong region DVD disc format frequencies.Like PAL frequencies only play Euroupean,Asia,Middle East,Austriala and Africa products.NTSC frequencise play only USA,Canada and Mexico DVD Disc products.
There should be a switch on either side of the DVD player that says "TFT" and something else.
Shut the DVD player down, move the switch, and turn it back on.
