Question about Sony Handycam DCR-DVD505E DVD Camcorder
Hi, i've got a Sony DVD505 (on the net it says DVD505E??) anyway, i plug it in, ive installed disk, it says new hardware found and even opens the software to deal with it, but in fact the computer wont recognize it because in "My Computer" it should have the icon which it doesnt, and the software for the camcorder, or even Picasa or Adobe can pick the locate the device? have i done some thing wrong while installing the original disk? please help!!!
Is the camera ON when you plug it in? It should be. Hope that helps.
