When i turn my computer on it goes to a black screen telling me there is a wrong configuration ,recovery does not do the job it tells me to call hp for right configuration
You can try booting into "Safe Mode" by tapping the F8 key while the computer is booting. If you can get in this way it is probably your video drivers.

Hello, doing a "last known good
configuration" Works most of the time. Here is how to do it:
1. Make sure your computer is powered down.
2. Turn your computer on and immediately
start pressing F8 on your keyboard repeatedly until you see a black screen with white writing that gives you a list of boot
3. Use the down arrow on your keyboard to
select the Last Known Good Configuration (Advanced) option.
4. Press Enter on your keyboard
and cross your fingers.
