Question about HP LaserJet 8150 Printer
After inserting a brand new color cartridge I get an error message to remove cartridge and reinsert. I've made sure the tape is off. Sometimes a second message tells me the cartridge is not compatible with this printer. It is the exact same cartridge from Staples. Is there something I can try without first going to a repairman. firstname.lastname@example.org
Two separate ink cartridges, purchased from full-line stores, identified by box and contents as genuine HP ink cartridges.... not recognized by the printer.
What should I do??
Its a broken spring clip on the side of the ink cartridge.
fixes are here;
hp is supposed to give you a brand new printer for free.
