Unsucessful Rom Upgradation

After that I could not able to switch on the phone. Activesync cann't detect the phone now & even it is not booting. When connected through a charger, "SERIAL" at top & "v 1. 02" at bottom of the screen is displaed without light & when connected through a usb via pc, "USB" is showing on the top (PPC) Screen & then nothing..
