My computer is not recognising my E250 to download MP3 songs

1) Connect your e250 to your PC.

2) Open up "My Computer".

3) Look for your e250 in the list under My Computer, then double-click on it.

4) If you see something called "Internal Memory", double-click on that.

5) You should see a folder called "Music" ... double-click on that.

6) You'll find your music under the "Music" folder ... delete it using Windows Explorer.

To put music on your Sansa e250 you will do this: Download Windows Media Player 9 or 10 to your computer. I would use Media Player 10 as it is the newer player. After you download Media Player 9 or 10 open it up on your computer, and then hook up your mp3 player, it should be recognized by Media Player and then you can transfer the songs to it. You need to put the music cd in your computer cd player and download the songs to Media Playeer using Windows Media Player 9 or 10. I have also included a website where you can download the user manual, it will say e200, but the instructions are also for the e250. Good Luck, I hope this helps. Turn the player off before you plug it in and if it doesn't find it then turn it on while plug in.

No drivers for it -only for video. Have you tried drag and drop?

plug your MP3 into your computer, go to the start menu, go to my computer, your computer should say Sansa e250. Go to there and right click on the songs on the songs you want to delete

Use Windows Media Player to delete those songs

Every time I go to a MP3 on my "MP3 Player" it freezes
the tip about holding the power botton for like 15 seconds works but I still cant get it to play MP3 without freezing

you need to make shure does songs end in .mp3 with lowercase letters for the song title its just a encryption problem!

rename all the songs after download from the net then put them in the mp3 player ! its not recognising the letters from the original persone who wrote the titles
