I have the same problem as phone was hange up to day and i tried to reboot it only gives blue screen after that nothing only blank screen. nothing with red key+(-volkey) &bettery insert only comes the blue screen nothing after that.9its I mate jama) my mail id:[email protected]

motherboard burnt or water damaged

your phone is hang so you have to update your phone and re install your software

The best option is to run the reboot CD once more.
Try rebooting the disc by changing the boot priority in BIOS.

simple you just let it repaired by acellphone technician

Hi PC;
try booting up in safe mode then shutdown from there, see if you still hang on the blank blue screen.

to go to safe mode, tap F8 when your pc is booting up.

i have one too and it always turns itself off at least 15 times a day and a red light comes on at the back and the screen is blank. It hangs up on people half way through phone calls, and tells me i have messages wich i don't and comes up with blank messages which i can't delete!! Today it has done the exact same thing again but it has been frozen for over 3hours i have tried taking the battery out and nothing works :(

This is the problem with the software and because it's a new phone and comes under warranty, kindly contact nokia care
