You didn't say what brand or model but this is usually an issue with the drum support rollers and drum guides. The back of the unit will need to be removed and the rollers/guides adjusted or possibly replaced.

Hub wont come off

Rear brake drum wont come off? clean the rust from the center of the drum where it connects with the center hub. Spray some lubricant on the area. Wait 20 minutes or so, then carefully hit the face of the drum with a hammer to loosen, it should pop when it is loose. Don't hit it extremely hard you could damage the drum. Tap it around in a circle while you rotate the drum, from inside to outside of the drum. good luck.

How to remove rear brake drum on a toyota tazz 2004 model

3 methods: Sometimes you have to get to the adjusters from behind the drum, and turn the brake shoes inward, so the drum slides past them. Sometimes tricky to turn the adjuster wheel inside the drum (look for a rubber plug to remove and see the adjuster.) A couple of small screwdrivers will be needed, one to turn the adjuster wheel, and one to push a little clip away from the adjuster wheel so it can turn-tricky till you get the hang of it.
2. Best way to remove the drum, if your drum has two small drilled and threaded holes just out from the drum's center hole and opposite each othe on the drum-those holes are for drum removal. Find or buy two short bolts that will fit the holes and turn them in evenly. The bolts will contact the backing plate and force the drum outward. Usually you need to get it just moving a very little, then it will come off.
3. As a last resort, you can always heat the drum with a propane torch till the metal expands from the heat (15 minutes?). Tap it all around with a hammer, it should come free. Often what holds the drum fast is the center hole can have a rust build-up-sort of tacks itself to the center hub.

How do i get rear brake drum off my 2001 pontiac aztek

The center part can get a little rust and hold the drum tight. Try a little penetrant there and tap it around the outside opf drum with a hammer.
If there are two holes opposite each other just out from the center of drum, but not as far out as the wheel studs, these are threaded holes to screw in two "8 X 1.25" bolts about 1 inch long, and push the drum outward. Screw the bolts in evenly and you will see the drum start inching outward.

We overloaded the dryer and now the dryer is making a loud noise

The rear drum bushing or the front drum slides (or both) are probably worn out. You can view the rear drum bushing by removing the small plate in the center of the rear panel. Check if the center pin on the drum is touching the rear drum bushing housing. The rear bushing is made of plastic and is only about 1/16" thick, so look closely. If the loud noise is metal on metal at the rear drum bushing, replace the whole rear bushing assembly (drum center pin, bushing, and housing). Often, the front drum slides also need to be replaced. Check them before you buy the rear bushing. There are two at the bottom front of the drum and four more at the top front of the drum. You'll have to remove the front panel to check them.

66 gto front left wheel nuts come losse has one new brake drum numbers on drums are all matching except one number on each drum 0bo1 9a30 9a30 is new drum . the rim apears to be rubing on the face of new...

Is it rubbing on outside edges of drum, or in the center area? Did you double check to make sure center of drum is all the way on the hub as it should be, compared to others? I'd look real close at size of center going over hub, for no slop, and on all the way, as well as measure thickness of drum compared to others where it's rubbing. The only place you want the drum and rim touching, is at the studs and face of drum behind it. Make sure center of rim isn't bigger as well.
