select take no action. then try to explore the device using my computer. then you can copy your songs and paste them in to the drive(which is the player).
Let it recharge for a few hours - when an mp3 player won't turn off, use the reset button instead of letting the power drain down. Actually, i take it back - this is the worst most godawful manual I have ever seen - this is the first Mp3 player I have ever seen without a reset button.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard
Connect mp3 player to computer, open Windows Media Player, click on the icon of the mp3 player, and then go to the songs or music folder - find the song you want to delete, left-click the song, and hit "delete" on your keyboard
Use Windows Media Player 9 or 10 - instructions available from microsoft's website and other websites: short version: Connect mp3 player to computer, open Windows Media Player, click on the icon of the mp3 player, and then go to the songs or music folder - find the song you want to delete, left-click the song, and hit "delete" on your keyboard
yes the music can be deleted it's kind of like the syncing process except your deleting ther should be something there to tell that you do want to sync you click on that then go the the songs you want to delete right-click the song and delete
Go into WMP and connect the USB cable to your computer and player. Press the M button on the side til the screen reads "MTP." The device set-up wizard should start. Then hit the "sync" menu and drag and drop songs onto your sync list
If you get the MTP on your screen and your trying to sync it with your computer just press and hold the usb/mtp button and your computer will reconize it [=
When your GPX MW3837 is plugged into your PC, it will show up as a drive [mine shows GPX(E:)] in Windows Explorer. Click on that drive and you will be able to delete anything from the MP3 player.
