Upper arm dose not spin

i bought i beko d3422fw dishwasher and the upper spay arm dose not spin or it dose but very slowly takes about 50 seconds to rotate once i have cleand and descaled everything and stll dose not spin although water is coming out of all the jets the lower arm spins perfectly please help

- yes i push the round no problem they spin freely

have you checked to see if the arm spins freely if you push it

- it might be the plastic feed pipe it runs from the pump at the bottom to the upper tray. if you look in the machine theirs a plastic nut at the back make sure the upper tray push's into ok and it's not blocked
