Power goes on and off after it warms up. I have checked for cold solder joint and have not found what is causing the problem.

When the power goes off, the picture and the sound is gone, the power botton goes into standby till it powers up by itself again.

Tv turns off whenever it decides too. Could be after 5 minute, could be after 5 hours, could be after 5 weeks... summer, winter, spring, fall, it doesn't matter. Seems like a design flaw to me if, as someone suggested, it is overheating. Started doing this after about a year of owning it.

no hace nada no entra en frecuencia la fuente ya le vi el ic que le da señal al regulador y no pasa nada los voltages en el ic estan bien , revise todas las resistencias diodos y condensadores de la fuente, tambien el transistor y estan bien lo unico que revise superficialmentew es el transformador mi mayor problema es que no tengo ninguna informacion , ni diagrama, estoy trabajamdo a ciegas solo con mi logica y creo que me he estancado.

MY RCA 27F50T TV WORKS WHEN IT HAS NOT BEEN PLUGGED IN FOR A WHILE. WHEN IT FEELS LIKE IT IT WILL SHUT IT SELF OFF AND TURN IT SELF ON UNTIL YOU UN PLUG IT. SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS RIGHT AWAY OTHER TIMES IT WILL WORK FOR DAYS.IN THE END IT ENDS WITH THAT SAME RESULT. I HAVE TRIED PUTTING BIGGER FUSES BEEFED UP SOME OF THE POWER WIRES CHANGING THE POWER SWITCH. HAS ANYBODY TRIED ANYTHING FARTHER IN DEPTH THAT I MAY BE OVERLOOKING IF SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

My RCA 27F520T turns itself on and off after it has been on for a little while. I cannot find a resolution and have had 0 response from RCA. I purchased this TV from WalMart less than 2 years ago but unfortunately it is now out of warrantee and I was told to contact RCA.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Check vertical output section getting more heat. Due to this section also cause on and off problem. You will not mentioned in sound side. During this condition you get the sound or not. Check the audio supply voltage also.
