Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
Ok, first off the sound was horrible I had to switch around the hedphone jack for 15 minutes just for the sound to sound very faint and soft even when the volume was aal the way up. And now about 2 days later it won't turn on and my computer doesn't even recognize it anymore. Any help?
The Opal has a reset hole on the back of the unit in which a toothpick (non metallic) can be inserted to reboot the player.
If this does not work, I suggest that you reformat the player by using the WindowsTM format command on the unit. To reformat the memory
