"F11" is a Serial Communications error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), or the interconnecting wiring. If you remove the bottom panel under the door, there should be a tech sheet inside that explains all the error codes and how to troubleshoot them. The sheet will be located directly behind the panel, or mounted to one of the interior cabinet walls. It is recommended that you leave it inside the washer, so it does not get lost. If you cannot find the tech sheet, post back and I can give you guidance.
More commonly, the CCU has failed. A replacement can be found at repairclinic.com. Just type in your model number in the Search Menu. Searspartsdirect.com also carries it, but at a higher price. I mention the second website, because they have information drawings to aid in troubleshooting. I hope you find this information helpful.
Post back if you need further assistance.

Plug off the wall. Open up behind, you will see a thin tube coming down from the control panel (pressure switch to be precise) to the waste area below. Disconnect this carefully from the top, blow into it, air should pass thru, it shd not be clogged; refit carefully. Before refitting, fit a similar tube to the pressure switch & blow - you should hear a click; if not there shd be a problem with your pressure switch. Anyway refit your old tube & try the machine.
Dont forget to refit the main exit hose at the position you found it. All you guys are going to rate me....................

My front loader has the door locked and I can't open it. I have already turned off the power and that didn't solve the problem. The manual says that if you try to open the door too soon after the cycle completes, then the door locks. How do I open it now? What do I do?

Well du is a door lock error but it can also mean an error with communication to the main control board or ccu. f11 is also a communication error in either the ccu or the mcu ( motor control board)......easiest thing to try is to unplug all your connections to the ccu and plug them back in and try it again.....sometimes a wire harness just may be loose....if that dosent work I would look at replacing the ccu ( central control unit )

console to the washer
Open the washer door and place a flat-bladed screwdriver into the slot
in the bottom center of the console. Push the console up to release
