Question about HP PSC 500 All-In-One Printer
The cable is not the same as the plug on the laptop (unable to connect) Is there an adapter, or different cable required? Or, is it useless with my Dell Laptop ???
That printer uses what is known as a serial cable. The software uses 2 way communication through this and if you try and use a USB to serial it will not be able to communicate back. you may want to try this website for more information
