I have a Krups XP2010. It worked great yesterday. This morning I went to make a pot of coffee, pressed the power button, and nothing. No power. I also tried the expresso power button but no power there either. I checked with Krups and they gave me the number for our local service & repair centre. The phone number has been dissconnected. Can anyone help me. I can take it apart but don't know what I should be looking for. Dan

SOURCE: Water steams away and nothing drips into the caraffe

I had this problem too and finally found a fix for it.

I don't know if the cause of this issue is the same for everyone experiencing the problem, but the issue for me was hard water. The fix is to run vinegar mixed with water through the machine quite a few times, until it starts to run normally.

If you do have hard water issues, it's recommended that you run vinegar or citric acid through the machine about once a month, to keep deposits from building up.

SOURCE: No coffee is coming out of the machine...

in our machine we wanted a stronger coffee so we adjusted the auto grinder (where the coffee beans are housed) to the finest setting thinking the finer the grind the stronger the coffee...after doing this the machine wouldnot make coffee...we sent it away while still under warranty and the tech said that the grind selection was too low so they just turned the grinder back up a notch and it worked fine ....dont know if this will help but it's worth a try!

SOURCE: Error Code 9 on a Krups XP7240 Expresso machine

After I changed piston sealing I get the same error 09. It was caused by missing connection to the thermoblock temperature sensor. In my case both connectors for thermocouple were cracked. They are located directly on the body of thermoblock, below two fuses, covered by rubber housing. After I solder them again on the position error 09 disappeared. Unfortunately it is necessary to open at least front panel of the machine. Moreover I tink that there is also important to save polarity of those two cables.

How can i open the back panel of the kruos xp2010

To open back side:
remove 6 cross screws
Sides are now loose but top and bottom are fixed by a plastic flange of 2mm. simply pull the back cover off with fingers hooked on each side, the cover will flex. Otherwise cut the bottom flange with a knive and use some duct tape to fix it later at that spot

Hi, I just got the Krups XP2010 Espresso Machine & Coffee Maker, but it didn't come with the manual. How could I possibly get it? Hope you can help me get...

This was very difficult to locate, but I found it just for you! :) Please rate my answer 4 thumbs up on the site here, it is very important to me. I would be forever grateful. Here is the manual for you, please give it a few minutes to load it's a somewhat large file. If you need it emailed to you please respond back to this post and I will email it over. Here is the manual (you will need adobe reader to view it, but you probably already have that installed):

Where can I order a krups xp series seal MS-0A01503? It is a seal for the plunger that expels the coffee cake after brewing. It started to leak and I need to replace it.

Nelson Appliance has this: http://goo.gl/bsjqj. I think this is what you are looking for. The description they give is: Boiler center gasket / seal #MS-5015004 for use with Krups XP7000 series espresso machines.
