Question about Pinnacle PCTV 110i (210100458) Video Capture
It only happened after bringing in another project to the one I was working on. I put the new small project on the time line & up until this point every thing was ok, but then I then split out a scene of the newly introduced project and moved it along the time line. All the previous frames to the newly dropped frame, still showed the picture but when played only the Exclamation Mark in the viewer window would be showen along with any titles but without sound.

The problem is not the Microsoft certification. The certification request is prompted only before installation. Its only effect is allowing or denying the drivers installation.
Pinnacle website has two different driver versions. Try both versions. If that does not work there is usually a conflict in allocation of system resources.
Here the links.

What hardware are you using to capture videos?
Have you checked the hardware if it's working properly. Have you tried lowering some settings for the pinnacle studio as the GPU of your video card could be going bad and it's not able to keep up with the settings that you have for the software.
Hope this helps!
