Sometimes its logical think in this hints:
1) bad powe module , (inside board).
2) bad charger
3) or even its best to RMS the product, or use if available your warranty.

Remove the ram chip(s) and the button battery if you can get at them. Then re-install and boot into BIOS. This will reset the BIOS back to factory settings which most of the time did not have a password on start up.
You need the find a hole named reset or follow next step 1 shut down device 2 pres volume down and power button 3 select on list factory settings with volume up down 4 press power button for confirmation
