- the buttons are not working on the printer other than the energy saver button. it was working fine then it started jamming. fixed the jam. then the buttons started screwing up. suggestions?- chadwick2

I need more information:
Type of pc operating system etc
type of printer etc
If using ip address or usb or parrelle conection etc

Do U have the vista driver for this printer and if not go to Lexmark.com support typr in model no# and it will direct you to the drivers and download correct drivers install them then you should be printing.

if your printer does not communicate with your PC then the main problam is that your printer driver is not install correctly.Install the right driver.If after installation of correctly driver then printer not work properly then check your printer ping Maybe your printer is out of network.
