Freeze and shut down

-   occasionally when a call is incoming I can not answer it either with the bluetooth, the green button or the answer square on the screen. It freezes up and I have to pull the battery and reinsert it to start. I have had several 680 phones (8) in the past couple of years due to this. Sometimes I become angered and throw them on the floor. It is an expensive problem. However, in the beginning I bought the silver phones and don't recall having that problem. I found the red ones here in mexico a little cheaper for use with Telcel.-   mike918
