not sure, but washer does not seem to be using enough water...
When we first installed it, we ran it through with no clothes and the water came up about 3 inches on the door....
On our first load of clothes, the washer was adding water constantly, as the cycle was nearing end, we got an f09 error.....
After a few more tries we would get an fh error....
now we get no error messages but the washer does not seem to add enough water to wash or rinse the clothes....
we have resorted to adding water, but this takes to much time and energy, considering we paid close to 900 for this machine....
any ideas? have others experienced this problem, find it hard to believe that the washer is working properly.

Suggestion:
Check the wall inlet to see if water comes freely; then check if the inlet valves behind your machine to see they are not clogged.
Best that u open the valve full before you begin your wash. The water coming 3 inches/door is normal.
Dont try opening the door until after you hear a click or aft 2 or three minutes aft wash cycle completes.
