Question about Heating & Cooling
I have a Fedders A/C- Heat Window unit and it stop blowing heat. Checked continuity and found some sort of resistor located near heater element that seems to be bad. Not sure if it's a resistor and the schematic doesn't show it to be there.
It's a fusible link, and if the temperature gets to hot it opens up.
If you disconnect any wires to it and ohm it out and you don't get any continuity then it's bad and needs replaced.
