Open the front door of the copier, copier must be on. Look to your upper left, you should see a small cover with a screw remove and the cover. Inside you will see a two small buttons, the left one, press it that should reset the copier. Then power off thw machine and wait 10 seconds and power it on. AGAIN if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!!
Having worked with Dell computers before I have found that the amber light usually means bad power supply. Get a replacement power supply from a know working Dell machine as their power supplies are different from standard ATX power supplies.
Hi, 4 blink of power led shows problem in vertical deflection section and most probably vertical output IC is defective, replace it to fix the issue. Regarding .rar file type of service manual files, download winrar software trail version from internet, install it and use it to unzip .rar file to get pdf manual file. You wont get +B volts because tv switch to protection mode and power supply shuts down. Service manual has blinking standby led error code details as well. Thanks.
