Hello! I'm having problems with my Boost Mobile- Kyocera Hydro cell phone's SD card, but I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it. I have been looking up info on my Mac computer about what to do, but it is just really confusing to me! My SD card all of a sudden stopped working one morning I noticed when it said "Insert an SD Card", but it was already in there... And then when I was trying to fix it, i put a little pressure on the back of my phone and it said in the storage thing: Calculating all of the apps and everything else I have... But, a few seconds later, it always stops! And then it said I damaged it after I did that a few more times right on the top of my screen! So, I took it out and looked on YouTube to see what to do and if it were true, and it said something about using Bluetooth and some password. But, I have absolutely NO idea what anyone was even talking about! I've also tried another SD card that was my brothers, but that one wouldn't work, either! My older brother thinks that the whole thing is bronken.. Not the phone or the SD card, but the whatever the SD card attaches on.. I don't know, but I really need help!!! I really need it for the first day of 10th grade (if possible... ) tomorrow morning! =D -Thank You! :)

You can try Pressing the emergency call at the bottom of the screen.
2. Input (star key)983(star keyl)987spawn key .the phone will go to the factory reset interface, and then press "Erase everything" (Don't check Erase SD ard). Finally, the phone will reboot by itself and there is no unlock and password any more after the phone is on.
Note:All your personal information would get deleted.
SOURCE: Why does my phone say no service and won't connect to the network?
Its a 3G phone from what it looks like so there is no SIM card to worry about I assume. If there is a SIM card I would replace that right off the bat. I would go back in and make the store fix the phone or do a manufacture warranty replacement on it. I am surprised they didn't resolve things in the store.

Almost all electronics come with a 1 year warranty. Since this is a manufacturers defect then it would be covered under that warranty. Contact your service provider for a replacement. If they give you the run around then contact Kyocera.
