NO DATA.HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.YET THERE IS MUSIC IN IT.

Please install Sonic Stage software in computer from Sony Support site then connect NW-E002 mp3 player with computer to transfer music files that will solve No Data problem.

when i play music player in 5130c-2, it gives error "not enough memory"what can i do for solve this problem...

1st thought, may B u'r fon software have problem.
=> format it using *#7370# code
this is a 'hard format' where all the data will B delete & the fon in original factory setting
B4 u do that remember to backup u'r data first.

on 2nd thought, there is no list of song in music player but there is in the memory card or fon
=> update the list in music player
go to option in music menu
refresh or update library
the music player will scan for song etc.

The player doesn't accept removing of music, or formatting, when it is not done from SonicStage, the software that sony offers with it.
The software is to be downloaded here. When you've installed the software, format the player from the menu (all your music will be removed, so you might want to copy it to your pc first). Then transfer your music with this program.
