That process may be necessary to the operation of the device, so it may not be allowed to shut down. Doing so, will lock up the device. When closing down processes in android systems, that messgae is common. When you stop a process, it WILL STOP WORKING. That is what stopping a process does. Do not keep trying to stop that one. You are messing with to android system itself.
