Question about Saeco Incanto Rondo Fully Automatic Coffee Maker Black Espresso Machine
When the group was out of the machine, we put power on. The axe of the group changed a bit and is not fitting with the group position anymore. How can we change the axe manual ? thanks.
First step: You need to make the machine think that the group is in place.
Solution: This can be done by locating the three microswitches that need to be set. Turn machine on/Open the door/insert wastetray&dredgebox (switch One)/with plastic stir stix(noconductive material) active brewer microswitch located in the centre of the back wall/with plastic stir stix(noconductive material) active door microswitch located top right side behind door. All 3 switches need to be actived simutainiously with the power one. When installing the brewer, be sure that the microswitch activator slide on the back of the brew group itself is in the up position.
Note: if you do not know what I was talking about(microswitches) best not to attempt

This was written by Bansheracer. it will help. If after trying you cannot get it to work, you will have to take it in to the nearest dealer to get it reprogrammed.
Remove the dredge drawer. Open the right side door. On the left side and towards the back of the brew group, there is a single screw. Remove the screw. Grab the handle and pull carefully, but firmly. The brew group should come out. There is a piece that remains in the machine. Slide the piece down and to the right and it will come off. Insert the piece into the hole on the backside of the brew group with the clip up. Tighten the screw and move brew group back into position. If your brew group did not come out please give us a call.
To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. Now you can push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not just push the slide to the right until it does. Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and insert the brew group.
