Question about Heating & Cooling
If the a/c is shutting off every 20 minutes then you want to check the condenser motor and make sure it' s running and putting out a lot of air and not stopping every 20 minutes causing the high pressure switch to trip.If it is then turn the power off to the unit and spin the fan blade to see if it turns freely if it does then check the fan capacitor to see if it's good. Then check the condenser coil and make sure it's not dirty. If both of those are ok
check the suction line ( the big line at your outdoor unit) and make sure it's cold, if it's not then you might be low on refrigerant and need to recharge the unit.
