Question about Computers & Internet
I can only access 1.95 mb of memory on my 2gig usb storage device. I have tried doing a quick format but this doesn't help any. Would you be able to help me? Cheers
It has an OS that allows it to communicate to your PC etc. This is not a faulty device even your own pc will not allow you to utilize the whole amount of harddrive that you have ..its partitioned for the Operating System.

Its normal for this to happen. A hard drive does the same thing. The computer itself uses a few megabytes. My 4 gig did the same.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
