Question about Epson Stylus C86 InkJet Printer
Sounds like you have hit the Ink Overflow Protection Counter. This is a counter within the firmware that monitors how much ink has been pumped to the waste ink pads in the base of the machine. When it gets to a certain figure the machine stops until the counter is reset. Get in touch with the people at http://www.TheServiceManualShop.com and ask about their rescue kits for this machine. If they do not list one on the web site they will make one for you.
