Question about IBM ThinkPad T20 2647 Notebook
This could be a few different things... I have had the same problem
For a start you could clear the fan and heatsink of any dust. (this is very often the cause of the problem) If this does not work you can reset the systems bio. you can do this by getting to the motherboard, you will find a "watch battery" on the motherboard. make sure power is not connected and remove this battery for 30 seconds then replace.. re-connect power and and your system should be all go
