Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player

Rhapsody Okay, this is the first time i have ever owned anything like this. I really want to get rid of this stupid friggain rhapsody stuff. But I can't. I've tried everything, I don't know what to do. I've singed on to the online thing and made an account.. and I still cannot get to anything on my MP3 player, nothing. I need help Now!!!!!

You need to format the device to remove the preloaded content. This will also remove any mysic you have transferred onto it. First, change the device to Rhapsody Mode. Settings>Mode or USB Mode>Rhapsody. Then connect the device to your computer. Verify the device says "connected". Then open up the Computer Management on your Computer. Right Click on My Computer, Select Manage, on the left side of the Computer Management window, select Disk Management. Then on the right side at the top you will see the 'C' Drive and under that the Sansa e260 as well. Right click on the Sansa and select "format", dont check anything on the next screen, just press Start, or OK. Your device is now empty. Best of Luck.
