Which version of nero are you using ? Have u tried to use another media or another dvd drive.Tried to uninstall and reinstall nero software. If you know the version of nero try to update the firmware from the website http://www.nero.com/ena/downloads-updates-trial.html. If older version of nero check http://www.nero.com/ena/support-olderproducts.html.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Try going into your "Tools" & then into "Internet Options" click on "Programs" (tab) then @ the bottom click on "Manage Add-ons" then go to "Internet Options" (again) "Advanced" (tab) & at the bottom click the "reset" then restart your computer.
Good luck to you! Hope that helps

HL-DT-ST- DVD-RAM GSA-H22N

I Have A : HL-DT-ST- DVD-RAM GSA-H22N DVD Burner That Works Fine With (CD Burning/ Reading) & (Data Burning/ Reading) But I Have A Very WIERD Problem With The DVD : Here I Go, When I Use Any Program To Burn DVD Like Nero, DVD Shrink Etc.. (It Appears That) The Movie Is Burning Well, Because In The Burning Process It Doesn't Says Something Like:Bad Disc, Not Succefully Burned Or Any Sign That The DVD Burner Is Damaged , Also When It Finish Recording You Can See The Data Burned In The Disc By The Lines It Forms BUT !! I Don't Know WHY The Fu$%@@ , When You Test The Movie In Any DVD Player , Comp OR Whatever THE MOVIE DOESN'T WORK.
