Hello. I hat a Hayward h250ED2. The heater works well, the only issue is that the button to turn the temperature down does not work. I can change modes, turn temp up, just not down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

agreed; it's usually the diode D1 on the board...a 75 cent part

You most likely need a new touch pad and they are almost impossible to troubleshoot. If everything else works except "button A" then button A is bad and in this case that means the whole thing is bad. Sorry...
