Hi I have an Oki c3300 laser printer in the office. The default setting is for high quality printing but I would like to change the default to normal quality and toner saver. Could you tell me how to do this?

OK here we go
You go to the print page find the oki print driver click on properties then under the genral tab click on pinting preferences then under the job options tab all the setting are there.If you want the settings to stay that way you must click on default and then apply.
