I think it may be broken.You need buy a new iPhone battery charger.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

It could be water damaged try putting it in a bowl of rice, it will soak up any moisture that is in your phone and may fix it

your battery is probably bad. take out the battery and plug it up and try to turn it on without the battery in. if it works just replace the battery. if not then your phone is fried.

Well, the white to pink dot is a sign of water in the phone. It is a moisture indicator and the first thing the repair fols look for so they can deny any claims.

They second thing is you can get an external battery charger for the razor. They run about 5 dollars and allow you to charge the battery seperate from the phone.

More than likely the motherboard is toast. Most of the water damaged phones I repair can not be recovered if the phone was on when it got wet. You can try taking the phone apart and cleaning the board with denatured or rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush. 99% alcohol works the best since it dries quickly without residue. Have you tried swapping batteries? Unfortunately, it is most likely that the motherboard is damaged beyond repair and cannot be fixed and all your info is lost. If your phone has a SIM card, you wont lose your contacts; they usually are not damaged by water.. just pop it into another phone. You will have to either replace the board or get another phone.

Your phone was exposed to moisture. That red dot is a moisture sensitive piece of tape that changes colors when it gets wet.

If your phone still works, but the battery won't charge when connected to a home charger, you might try charging it in your car. Its a different type of current and may work with a somewhat damaged battery.

If that fails to fix the problem you may need to get a new battery.
