Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
I have a pavilion dv5000 amd 64mb video laptop 1gb ram.
when i start up and go into setup there are lines in the screen. suspected bad cable but hooked up external monitor and had the same lines. also when going into safe mode the wording is all misspelled. is it possible a virus has moved into the bios or maybe a bad motherboard?
Try to open the display and put out and in again the diplay cable.Maybe its a faulty contact of the display cable. It has happend to me.
