Re: paper

Sounds like a software problem. re-install your printer drivers. as far as drawing more than one sheet, it is usually a humidity problem or the pages are just "stuck" together. when you load any paper into the printer, "fluff" up the stack before putting into the hopper

Konica Minolta c250 duble sided alignment. Can i print same alignment with this printer?

Did you match the proper paper with the machine paper weight on print driver must match the draw and the paper weight on the paper package such as Thick 1, 2, 3 and the weight on the paper package g/m2. use copier spec page to determine Thickness. also try running it though once for one side then second time requires no duplex re-running a second time from same draw. But a tech coming out to look at the machine might know if you have a registration problem on double side copies, he might also have a firmware update he can install the correct the problem.

Printer will not print from any computer and keeps saying that A4 paper is not available even though full

a4 is metric for 81/2 x11. check your printer properties ensure they match what the copier thinks it has in the paper draws, also check control panel printer properites mite be that a4 is default

Printer keeps saying there is no paper even though there is. It pulls the paper through but prints nothing on it. The screen flashes E 0 2... help!

The travel of paper through the machine is timed and if the pickup roller is no longer as tacky as it should be, the paper may be arriving too late to allow for printing. Cheap 'copier' paper has a soft surface which can lose fibers over time that can cause the pickup rollers to have less grip on the paper too.

There is also the possibility of remnants of paper (or more often labels) that can delay the timely arrival or may be impeding the progress of the sheet through the paper path.

Error code 6A00 comes up. Data line and power cord

That error means the purge assembly is not working properly. Could be a scrap of paper stopping it from cycling properly. The purge unit is the cleaning assembly where the printhead parks, it has caps that draw ink from the printhead to clean and a squeegee to wipe off the excess ink. If the printhead comes to the center, unplug printer and check on the right. If nothing there you probably need a shop repair.

I have a piece of paper jammed in the inside of the printer.

It insists there is a Cartridge problem on the Printer............  In this Case take out the Paper from the Paper Feed Tray........ Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......... Remove both the Cartridges from the Printer.......... Now take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printer and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer............ Now Try to Print.......... Good Luck..............

Hello I have a canon lbp2900 which has been functioning well. When I try to print i get a message asking me to insert a toner cartridge, however there is a toner cartridge in the machine and I am sure that...

I just posted the similar problem recently. After talking to canon printer service tech, this is what solved my problem:

1. open the top cover and remove the cartridge
2. Inside the printer, these is black roller (with sponge&soft material). Press this gently couple of times
3. below this roller, there is a gray roller. press this roller upward couple to times gently
4. insert the cartridge and try to get print out

hope that helps.

Paper Jam 2

Most probably you took a paper sensor out of position when removing the first jams. In your unit, the paper sensors are connected to the main board or power supply board. If the equipment is under warranty, any authorized service center will gladly replace it for free.
