Find it in the retail store from where you purchased the software,
by taking back to them "everything" that came out of the packaging, and asking them to show you the license-key.

Get the updated version of the Arcsoft Media Converter from www.usasupport.philips.com. Even so, you will need to split the video into 15-minute chunks, and convert the smaller chunks. This player is really for shorter, YouTube-style videos.
