Question about LG VOYAGER VX10000 Cellular Phone
I purchased my new cell phone two days ago. LG Voyager. As of today, I am so disappointed with my new phone! I can't wait to go back to the store (my agent) to see what is going on with this phone.
Twice since I have had this phone, I have fully charged the battery. I have not been able to call out with this phone more than once, my text messages will not go through, and I try to call my voice mail, which says two new messages and it will not go through. Today, once again, the battery is fully drained, and I haven't even talked or texted on the phone. I have actually opened it up maybe six times today, and no battery. (zero bars). I am so disappointed since my other cell phone, a motorolla V555, had excellent reception and battery life! Do I have a lemon, or what could be wrong??????
Also.....I got this phone because my cell company sold to Verizon and my current phone (the motorolla) they said would not work after May something. My cell number was ported over.
I appreciate any comments or suggestions.
