Question about HP Computers & Internet
A self-replicating virus attacked my HP. After the tech removed it, something in Windows was also missing. The computer will now not boot. I have been told that the virus is so nasty that I should consider buying a new computer, especially as this one is 4 years old. The other option is to have them wipe the hard drive and reinstall all the software. This will cost $300-500. I don't want to throw money at this if I will need a new one soon anyway. What do you think?
