Nikon D200 has flashing P mode and 0 aperature???

I changed the battery in my Nikon D200 and when I turned it on it was in a weird mode. The P is flashing and the apperature has a little triangle infront of a 0. I thought it was my lense connection but it is not. I cant get it out of this mode and so I cant take pictures at all. HELP....
