yes remove the rear panel in the freezer where you see the drain hole. Clear the ice from the drain hole. It will take a while for the water to start to drain because the ice is deep in the insulation. A small tube is helpful to draw some hot water in and stick in in the drain hole and squirt the hot water down in the hole.

Good day,
Keep pouring hot water into the drain hole. It can build up quite a way down. Be patient.
If no joy, service techs use a compressed air tank with a hose and adapter inserted into the hose where it terminates in the drain pan. If you have access to something similair then use it, but use very little pressure to prevent damage.
If not you will have to improvise. A tire pump with a short piece of 1/4" tubing inserted into the end of the hose will usually work.
Hi ajdean01 - I see that your tub appears to be leaking. Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help you get to the root cause:
· First, be sure that your tub is not overloaded. Sometimes when overfilled, water can and will slosh outside of the unit.
· If the tub is not overfilled, check your hoses and other connections. Like most laundry units, there is always some vibration associated with the functionality of the machine. As the appliance is used over time, hoses and other connections can loosen and begin to leak. Be sure to secure any loose connections.
· If the above items did not assist you in resolving the issue, it could be a number of other underlying causes - primarily an electronic pressure sensor, switch, thermistor or the unit's main control board. These parts are commonly replaced by experienced service technicians.

EDIT: There IS liquid in the non-removable drip pan, but not nearly enough to constitute overflowing. I'm going to move the fridge out of its alcove and see if perhaps the drip pan or the hose itself has a crack or puncture. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
