Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
The jam is in the fuser assembly. you will have to have a technician fix this. the fuser will probably need to be replaced.

I agree with eric400. You generally will have to replace the fuser assembly. I've gotten a machine running temporarily, by getting the fuser out, taking it apart, and clearing the jam until I got a new fuser. New fuser assemblies will run ya $200 - $300. My suggestion, invest the money in a new copier, and use the D880 as a boat anchor.
I know that ain't whatchya want to hear, but they make these units throwaways, by making them to expensive to fix!
