Question about Heating & Cooling
I am in the process of replacing my old thermostat Aprilaire model 8365, with a Honeywell RTH3100C and the wiring is not the same. The old t-stat had an O/B wire and the new tstat O and B. Where should I put this o/b wire?
Depends on the brand of unit you are running.
Brand and model number please.
Most are on "O".
Hook it to "O" and run the unit. if it runs correctly in Heat and Cool, you are OK.
If not switch it to the "B" terminal.
