From there you can locate a dealer close to you that may help.

But depending the parts needed you may find that just buying new scope online would be better deal. I have one scope that two small plastic gears have crack from age but it is costly to repair so I am just buying new one.

It seems that everyone that sell parts are higher then my original purchase price.

Both plastic gears for the slow motion control are broken on my Meade NGC tripod. Cannot find replacement parts.

ONLY Meade would have parts. You can call them and see if they will sell the parts and or a new tripod.

However you need to know that this is a "deal" scope sold by Meade in discount stores. It has a lot of PLASTIC everywhere and might be suitable for a child but is not very durable. Next time buy a 6 inch Dobsonian telescope for one that will last you for many many years of good service. Here is a picture of the DOB telescope, which is our #1 recommendation to beginners in the Astronomy hobby-

The motor that rotates the scope does not engage i need to replace a gear

Meade will probably NOT sell you the part. They usually want you to return the scope to them for repairs. Contact their customer service department and ask if you can buy the part ?

You will need to buy another focuser like one of these.

Meade maintains a web page with all their manuals. Find your scope and download a copy.

I believe I see your scope on the upper right hand side of the web page.

Meade DS2102 Telescope lost teeth for focusing in and out

It might be easiest to see if someone is selling one on Craig's list or ebay.  You might be able to find one used where the telescope is OK, but the motorized drive is broken and replace the telescope.

You could try calling them and see if they will sell the part you need for the focuser.  The focuser is called a rack and pinion focuser.  From your description it is hard to know if it is the long linear gear on the draw-tube (the part that holds the eyepiece) or the gear on the shaft of the focusing knob.  You will need to be able to describe that to them.
I hope that helps.
