It looks like you've got DDRII memory. According to Crucial http://crucial.com you can place up to 2GB of memory on your machine. (1GB in each slot) If you're unsure, remove one of your existing memory sticks to verify that it's DDRII.

I have Acer laptop Aspire 5570z module Zr1 with memory 1GB I want to increase memory 2GB or 3GB Is it possible or not What will be the expenditure?

Your laptop's RAM is upgradeable to up to 4 GB using two DDR2 533/667 MHz SODIMM modules.

So your upgrade options here are:
1. Buy a 1 GB DDR2 533/667 MHz SODIMM module & install it to get a total RAM of 2 GB (Price around US$ 25).
2. Buy a 2 GB DDR2 533/667 MHz SODIMM module & install it to get a total RAM of 3 GB (Price around US$ 45).

I have acer aspire one note book i want softwarre upgradation

Hello,

I recommend FireFox

Download Adobe Flash player

As I don't know what current Acer Aspire One model type you have, I can not advice upgrade for memory.
As far as I know the AoA150, you'd have to open the entire laptop just to reach the memory and upgrade it.
The AOA150 has a kind of build in RAM on the mainboard BUT has a additional slot where you can add additional memory.

The slot loading DVD drive does not read CD or DVD on my aspire 1694 WLMi. The e drive also does not recognise a disc in the drive. Device manager states that the drive is working properly, no new drivers...

hi,

you may have a faulty laser in your drive, the best solution will be to try and use another known good working drive in your machine, by doing this you will out find if the fault is with the drive or the the software/mother board.

hope this helps

Acer Aspire E380 memory

Hi pimp69,
You can only use components compatible with Aspire series computers. Before you choose new components, please ask your authorized Acer dealer whether the part will operate within your Aspire series system. This is noted in your manual pg. 6.
Compatible memory for your Acer. Don't forget your Acer uses an intergrated graphics card that uses your system memory to function.

Some device may not have Vista drivers or the drivers are still beta and they dont work always perfectly. Check which kind of wireless adapter is present on your laptop from device manager on XP.
