My dell computer doesnot play gta vice city or any other pc game,it says low video memory,what is the solution,best regards,am using windows seven

what about ur RAM. gta-vice city is a havy graphic game. havy game need more ram and more capacity of vga.
check the game requirements in the cover of ur cd. if i matches to ur system then it shouldn't freez.
ur vga card capacity is also less. so first check the requirement, if u find it. if can't then i think ur ram should 256 and ur vga should 64mb.
check it all.

i had problem completing this game but you have to do it manually(no cheats available for it) but i can help u....

in My documents there is a folder of GTA VICE CITY SAVED GAMES.... send me all the files on it..ill do that mission for u n then save the game.... I will send you those saved files n u can see that the mission would be completed n u have to do the next mission....
