Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
I had to wipe my HD after i had a virus, nd now my speakers are not working at all. The speakers work with other devices, but my computer will not register that any peakers or headphones are plugged in.
You need to download the sound card drivers for your particular machine. Go to the manufacturers website and look for downloads for your particular model. The drivers are usualy found under the heading of "SUPPORT" Since you did a fresh install of your operating system you will need to re-install all the motherboard drivers for your machine. This would include video, usb,and chipset drivers.
